重庆西南铝精密加工有限责任公司成立于1994年，其前身是重庆西南铝焊管厂、重庆西南铝易拉盖厂 。2017年12月，按照国有企业公司制改革要求，实施公司制改革并完成工商登记注册，现有职工332人，总资产9600万元，属中铝西南铝全资子公司。
      公司拥有纵切生产线4条，横切生产线3条，涂层生产线2条，车用铝合金防撞梁生产线1条，中间合金熔炼产线3套，机械加工设备16台。有铝及铝合金纵切产能16000吨/年、铝及铝合金横切产能10000吨/年、铝及铝合金带材涂层产能3500吨/年，车用铝合金防撞梁产能5万件(套) /年、中间合金熔炼产能30000吨/年、铝基添加剂3000吨/年以及机械加工产能50000件/年。
      公司主要从事铝及铝合金板、带、箔材剪切及涂层、铝合金件机械加工、中间合金及铝基添加剂的生产和销售，产品主要包括铝塑复合管用铝合金带材、百叶窗用铝合金带材、电缆及电缆护套用铝合金带材、铝合金涂层卷材、铝合金机械加工件。市场覆盖全国，部分产品出口。

Chongqing SWA Precision Processing Co.,Ltd. was founded in 1994, its predecessor was Chongqing Southwest AluminumWelding Pipe Factory, Chongqing Southwest Aluminum Easy Open Lid Factory. In December 2017, the company systemreform was implemented and the industrial and commercial registration was completed according to the requirements of thestate-owned enterprise company system reform. The Company is mainly engaged in aluminum and aluminum alloy plate, strip and foil materials cutting and coating , aluminumalloy parts machining, master alloy and aluminum additives production and sales. The main products include aluminum alloystrip for aluminum-plastic composite pipe, aluminum alloy strip for shutter , aluminum alloy strip for cable and cable sheath,coated aluminum alloy coil, aluminum alloy machining parts.The market covers the nationwide, some products are exported.
